Green Belt Training/ Certification including facilitation of up to three (3) improvement projects (and up to 20 participants) over 4 months.  Participants learn problem solving tools and techniques using Six Sigma or TQM problem solving approaches and complete an improvement project.

 

 

Black Belt Training/ Certification including facilitation of up to twelve (12) candidates over 6 months.  Participants learn advanced problem solving tools and techniques using Six Sigma or TQM problem solving approaches and each complete an improvement project.

 

Creative Thinking Workshops that can be customized to support an organization’s  employee meeting or improvement theme to generate many of creative good or breakthrough ideas.  Past workshops have produced slogans/taglines for organizations, improvements in processes and physical facilities.

 

 

Strategic Planning includes developing an annual Strategic Plan focusing organization efforts on a Few Critical Objectives. 

 

 

Customer Surveys and Voice of Customer Workshops designed to measure organizations’ performance at meeting Customer Valid Requirements. 

 

 

Process Design or Re-design Workshops utilizes Japanese “Best Path”  flowcharting, Qualitative Analysis and Re-engineering techniques.

 

 

Quality Delivery System Development that builds Macro and Micro Process Maps of the Organization’s processes and links process outcome indicators to employees’ “Balanced ScoreCards”.  Process performance management report summaries and other types of reports are developed using the organization’s existing data bases.
