Advanced Problem Solving Diagnostic
Methodologies training
for Black Belts and Master Black Belts in the different “Tracks” that
all Black Belt projects should take. Learn the best practice approach
to address all types of problems including: A) Reduce Cycle Time; B)
Reduce Touch Time; C) Eliminate Defects; D) Reduce Costs; E) Reduce
Complaints; F) Reduce Dissatisfaction/ Poor Audit Scores; G) Increase
Revenue.
Advanced training
includes formal (7 step) Decision Analysis, solving Deming-based “Cycle
Time” problems using flowcharts as a statistical tool (see below
example), Qualitative Analysis for “Quick Wins”, and how to set-up
every type of concern or problem. At the end of the workshop(s) the
Black Belts will know “how to” quickly identify the best approach to
solve every issue. Most Black Belts (and Master Black Belts) know how
to apply many techniques and tools, however, many times charge ahead
into a project without really understanding what they are doing. We
have
found that Master Black Belts are also often clueless on how to approach
each type of problem and consequently the “Blind lead the Blind” into
projects that make no sense. This advanced training teaches the
participant how to diagnose what set of tools are needed to address each
concern or problem and how to proceed. Training also teaches
participants how to evaluate projects and determine when they are off
track and how to get the project back on track.
