A
management consultant since 1991, Bruce Berger has worked with clients
ranging form federal government agencies to companies in the communications
and financial services industries. Prior to that, he managed a variety
of operations at Florida Power and Light, and actively participated in
its Quality Improvement Program since its inception in 1981. Bruce has
extensive experience in State and Local government agencies including
the Florida Department of Transportation, Florida Department of Children
and Families, Florida Department of Juvenile Justice, City of Jacksonville,
Florida State Hospital and the Agency for Workforce Innovation.
Bruce
Berger has developed and leads workshops in Creative Thinking Techniques
and on Tips for Breakthrough Thinking. He has led workshops at conferences
of the Association for Quality and Participation and for the Data Processing
Management Association. In addition, he is a Certified Statistical Applications
Expert and a trained client-instructor for Kepner-Tregoe, Inc. He holds
a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the Georgia Institute
of Technology and an M.B.A. from Stetson University. |
