Green Belt Training/Certification

WHAT:	1) Green Belt Training and Certification in statistical quality tools and techniques using Six Sigma-DMAIC or TQM-Total Quality Improvement and Control Story® 2) Successful completion of a team improvement project and presentation to organization management
WHERE:	Training provided at organization's site
WHEN:	Starting at your organization's convenience. Five (5) training days and team project activities (2-3 hours per week) spread over 3-4 months
