Leon McCook, Account Manager, is a long time resident of north east Florida. Leon has had extensive background in Project Management through his consulting efforts with US Postal Service Centers in the central and northwest states as well as twenty-two years with Florida Power and Light's construction and distribution departments. Some of the projects he has managed have included annual operating budgets in excess of $50 million, lump- sum bidding processes, as well as overall project contract administration. Leon has extensive experience with State government agencies which include Florida Department of Transportation, Florida Department of Children and Families and Florida Department of Health.

Some of Leon's professional accomplishments include maintaining variances within 5% of budget, while implementing improvement processes which resulted in $400,000 annual savings and measurable productivity increases.

Leon's practical experience is rounded with a B.S. in Accounting from Florida State University and an M.B.A. from Nova University. He is also a Certified Corporate Instructor in the areas of Quality Improvement, Management and Leadership Principles.
